My nieghbor always wakes me up every sunday at 10ish by starting his loud ass bike and lets it warm up for about 10 minutes. Where do you think he's going. Its like a ritual. Thank god I've not had anyone complain. the person I got my dnd off, His neighbors complained. Ya know if the fucking birds are singin its ok to start your day. I usually push my bike down the driveway so I don't start it right by my neighbor's bedroom window; but at 10 on a Sunday morning... fair game.
