How do you rip a video from Streetfire?

I hosted a video on streetfire last year. I deleted the original file and I wanted it back. I've downloaded a few video programs for Firefox but they're not working right. They work on youtube, but not streetfire. Any ideas?

Well I tried about 4-5 different video downloader deals. The shit just isn't working. Works fine on youtube and other crap.. just not streetfire. WTF am I doing wrong? it's not rocket science. Just nothing comes up when I click on it. When it does come up, it says the url is invalid.
