70's muscle cars...who's that old to remember them kinda things, or that you could order the Nova with 4:11 posi rear gears and that the Nova with the big block would burn the tires off in third gear? Ah, what a way to go to high school then, huh? Or was that the 60's? I can't recall.

Not that its anything special, but my grandma bought a 10th anniversary TransAm (1979) new in 1979. It's always sat in the barn - 800 original miles.

Ugly cars, but I'm sure it's somebody's wet dream out there. Just have to find the right person.

is it for sale? and if so how much?

Ha! I doubt it, but I'll ask over Xmas. I've only seen it in person once and I don't have any pictures of it.

I'm sure my grandma will hang onto it until she dies and end up will-ing it to my uncle who's a car collector, or my brother whose nickname is "F-body". Unless you can hand over a wad of cash that she couldn't refuse - and she's not really hard up for cash.

</Drool> I'm not exactly up on the option packages, but did all ss/rs's come with split bumpers? That's the perfect car if it's got the split bumper.

Here is a show that my father and I used to goto. Haven't been there since 05.

We have found several nice looking vehicles....even purchased a few.

Carlisle PA. They have just about anything you can think of. Even a bike show if I remeber correctly.
