Boost-n-Juice
just doesn't look safe to me, especially at that height! rated at 6,000lbs! Scotty2Hotty
No safety locks to it, so I don't think I'd trust it for anything more than a chasis or a really small car.
RedRocket1647545505
No safety locks = fuck no. One bad hydraulic seal (pretty likely if it's made by HF) and that thing is coming down with a swiftness.

Jelloman4571647545499
i have two at my work are there is a safety beam on them like kevin said. There sitting in the corner of the shop cause the twin posts get all the play and those take to long to pull out and hook up.
hpfiend
Call me a wuss but I wouldn't lift anything with that I couldn't lift by hand. It looks like a good bump would knock the whole thing over even if it didn't collapse.
grease monkey
My only issue with them is that you really don't have any acess to the underside of the vehicle due to the lift being in the way. Aside form tires, breaks and suspension, you can not acess the transmission, drive shaft, fuel tank, or exhaust, nor any of the hudraulic lines that transverse the underbody of the car or truck. i think they are junk. If you want a lift, stick to the 2 post type. Safer, and you have pretty much unrestricted acess to the underside of the car.
boostedgtp
I bought a used a couple of months ago and I love it. It a older snap-on one i believe and its got a lock on it. My garage isnt tall enough for a 2 post and hate to use a jack.
