No, that is the exact word for it... This thread is not as blatantly obvious as many others I have seen over the years (even though a few replies are) and this is what someone else was trying to say in a nice way.

I put up 335 today. Body fat was at 4.9% via electronic hand held monitor which is .2%+- accurate to a submerged test.

 

I can make featherweight if I need to. Lets ROCK.

So, what you are trying to say is that if he doesn't kick someone's ass, then his friends will do it for him? That is fucking lame. Everyone is making fun of him for getting his panties in a wad and calling out the whole country. Maybe if he didn't react that way, there wouldn't be so much response. I know. I actually wanted to see it around 6-8%. After I get back from Vegas, I will up my Calorie count....

Used to fight KOTK. Was 8-0, and opted out after I was nearly KO'd. I only did it for the workout, then got coned into fighting. Its not for me. You have to be literally insane to excel in MMA.

Speaking of Rocky IV, I'm doing dragon flags right now as I type this, and my abs have never looked better.

 

JP, I bet the conditioning for the MMA stuff was pretty intense. I remember how insanely tired I would get just wrestling for two minutes; I can't imagine how grueling the MMA stuff must be.

It was on the level of my wrestling conditioning, but I went to states. I was ready to rock after a 6 minute match (depending on nutrition). The biggest challenge for me was the ground work, and getting used to being ok with being on your back. I had zero Hapkido/Jiu Jitsu experience when I started, and again, initially it was just great free cardio.

I like my face. The people I have met/fought that have excelled literally do not care if they look like play dough and blood at the end of a fight, as long as they get a win. Thick sculls, heavy hands, and as dumb as a box of rocks.

 

 

I saw a guy get his arm split in two, and almost punch the ref when he called the fight. :o
