Yeah, I'm going to say no, H-IPS panels > Any other LCD no matter how many cheap panels you have. Seeing how Other Pro Panels with a H-IPS screens are in the Thousands, I felt I was getting a deal at $799. Joe I bet the apple 24" LED Display has the brightness and clarity of a CRT. Until you actually use one which I'm guessing you have not, don't form an opinion on something you know nothing about.
