blacksi Posted March 26, 2009 Report Share Posted March 26, 2009 Ohio F's you for being married. My wife and I worked it out both ways and we ended up filing "married filing seperately". It gave us about $100 less on our federal, but we went from owing $400 to the state to us getting back $100. So in the end it worked out to about $400 in our favor to file married filing seperately. Might want to check that out next year. This is my first year being married, I've been trying to figure out WTF is up with state before I decide.
