I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt, but you don't say much about where this project came from, what we're looking at now, and what you want it to look like when completed. Give us more info, and maybe people would treat you nicer (I doubt it, but it's worth the try...)

 

That said...what are you wet-sanding? The primer/flat paint? Is it primer? Are you putting a color coat on it eventually? From the engine bay, I take it the car was originally white? Did you do the paint yourself, or did you buy it this way? If the final job is to be flat, why is the hood shiny? Is the hood done? Is it carbon fiber? Is it not supposed to be shiny, and you're going to sand it down like the rest of the car?
