Chad is Dead
Sale price is $134,500 if you have your own financing now. For rent to own the purchase price is $142,500 and it is fixed for 3 years. Monthly payment is $1150 with $400/month going towards the purchase of the home for the first 12 months. The next 24 months, $200/ month goes towards the purchase of the home. However if you thought you could get financing within the first 6 months, he would hold the purchase price at $134,500 and down payment varies depending on your credit and job but he can work with any credit situation as long as your working. evan9381
if you can get a good rate you might be able to get in there for ~1200 a month, maybe less. i think when i was looking, at 5%, a $105k loan was gonna be $925 for taxes, insurance, principle/interest, etc.
