Cordell
So with all the recent shit talking going on, I've wondered who is the bad mufucka on CR? Of course there are extremely fast cars here, but the out of the less "exotic" builds. With that said, there are quite a few cars between 500-700whp (or more) that deserve some sort of recognition. So I have thought of some rules to keep the "exotic" builds out of the question, to keep the playing field level so to speak. Rules: Production Block DOT Tires Single power adder Mufflers or exhaust exiting more then 30" past header collectors No progressive controllers No methanol/water injection Stock style suspension If you have any more rules than I can come up with, feel free to share. I was thinking maybe this could be a class at the track days, with the winners having a runoff at the last track day. No track day winner could win more than one event for the max amount of cars to be 4 (or final number of track events) total for the "king" of CR runoff. I think this would be nice for the people that can't make all the track days, but have a fast car that fits the rules. Just brainstorming here, so feel free to share opinions. Fixed. I don't see why a progressive matters. Are we going to stop boost controllers?
Mopar
bracket racing keeps the field level any car should be considered That is more for the driver, not the car. I bracket race quite often. I just don't see it being valid as who has the baddest ride.
Mopar
what not turbo size limits? tractions devices legal? each track meet will give someone a chance to take king on cr? I'd say no on any traction device. Single stage on nitrous cars. Not familar with turbo setups, so whats a good size to restrict? Same for superchargers? I'd just like it to be fair for most cars, not all will fit the rules.

Mopar
take the controllers out... and the meth/water injection I disagree, the rules are fair for most of the normal street cars on here. I have a controller, aftermarket block so its not like I'm building the rules around my car. You shouldn't build it around yours lol

Cordell
Car drives to the track, and drives home. One power adder. Single stage N2O, or single turbo, or one blower. Stock style suspension. OE type and number of gears in transmission. Engine must be of the same family that came in said vehicle. Stock floors, and firewall, no form of wheel tubs. DOT aproved tubeless tires. Heads-up double elimination.

Cordell
it limits the power Same engine family is good enough, that keeps people from adding cylinders or going bigblock.
Mopar
Same engine family is good enough, that keeps people from adding cylinders or going bigblock. Ok same engine family, I could put in an lsx block though right? Stock block, same engine family that was optional in the car. That better? That better? Optional in the car? Do you mean if it had a LS engine, it gets an LS engine. SBF is SBF, and so on. No blocks unless they were production, no race blocks. Sam1647545489
It should be stock shor block. If it was just same family then mark and jasons cars would apply which wouldnt be fair.

Z06s didn't come with autos. I beleive they are using competition blocks, and twin turbos. I don't see why my little 6 liter block, stock tranny, stock suspension, and single stage of spray shouldn't be able to play.
