Haha being a valet is wonderful and horrible at the same time.

 

Biggest tip i got was 50, nicest car was an R8, yes people have left their drugs lying out, I have seen bowls, lines, tabs of acid you name it, people leave it in their car. never stole anything, but I definitely smoked in someones car which was already full of stank.

Man I miss being a valet. I worked at the Hyatt on capital square and got almost minimum wage plus tips. I only got to do it for a week though because I had two not at fault accidents, and one speeding ticket, which they didn't look in to before they hired me. We got catered lunch every day too. Probably my favorite car I drove was a Buick Enclave, mostly because I was surprised how nice it was, and the worst was some Saab. I hated everything about that car. Ohh or a Hummer H2, that was god awful too.

The polaris kids a really good guys, they wouldn't do anything extreme. Most the time you don't have the time for a joyride. Also you get a fair enough amount of time in the car just parking it normal. I usually go an extra black down if its something I really like but that also lets me avoid a brick alley full of pot holes. I know of one kid that took a true joy ride and he doesn't work with us anymore.

was it a silver noble? i saw one pulled over in new albany with 3 cop cars surrounding it. he must have been doing 80 in a 25 cause they were hounding him.

I work at two locations, a normal valet can probably make about 20-30 a year if you work 5 days a week and close. It would be very easy to be a lead valet or zone manager or something like that and make a lot more.
