verse Posted July 12, 2009 Report Share Posted July 12, 2009 Has anyone ever had to go through the process of a loss title? I haven't driven the car in 3 years, no registration and lost the title. Clifford Automotive Posted July 12, 2009 Report Share Posted July 12, 2009 not sure if they are a notary or not. normally you have to run the tittle to the bank with you and whoever to have it notarized then the new owner takes it from there. iluvfastcarz Posted July 13, 2009 Report Share Posted July 13, 2009 Yeah it's pretty simple. Just go to any bmv and have them print you a duplicate title. After you get that, just tell them you need to transfer it to the buyers name. The buyer has to be there of course, and it is done. That easy.
