Guest Hal Posted August 16, 2009 Report Share Posted August 16, 2009 1-800-MAC- TOOL Call and speak with tech service first. Have them check to see if the tools have new part numbers. Then get put over to customer service. You can either have a Mac distributor warranty your tools (if there is one in your area) or you can send them in to the Mac dist. center. The funny thing is, that guy probably didn't get credit on it lol. well even after 10 years(it was a older one), it wont grab bolts that well, and one day it cracked. of course a 3/8 to 1/2 and a 38" 1/2 ratchet will do that.
