IIRC, the earlier collections youre doing (30 days, 60 days past due), you're going to make the least. the older the debts, the more you're going to get paid. i know in recovery where im at (charge off accounts, 210+ days past due), the minimum starting wage is 11.55/hr, but we havent been hiring anyone for that dept for months. the bonus is also much better in recovery vs. autodial/midrange Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
