wagner
My Element is about to hit 70,500 miles and is due for an oil change. Is there anything else that I should have done or gone over? Tranny fluid changed or serviced? Other weird honda stuff? It is in 05 AWD element

Guest Removed
clean the TB. just had one here here with a gummed up one. there is no TB to change. trans flush would be a good idea. dont want it headed down the other ones path.. theres all kinds of stuff plugs(if you havent already) check the brakes check tires IMO, time to winter prep it and do a good coolant flush. and doo all the basic checking of stuff and so on. reminds me i need to post my winterizing specail up. Cordell
On a serious note, I'd just check the condition of the other fluids. I think that should have a timing chain, so shouldn't need much just a good inspection.

I didn't say "look", I said check condition. Big difference between a dip strip and a look.

staywide8
Plugs arent due till 105k per Honda. Rear diff is due every 30k, coolant 3/45k and brake fluid 3/yrs. Fuel filter is unserviceable.
