That actually turned out pretty cool looking but only if you plan on offroading it and putting it to use, otherwise you are just a poser... :)

Pure poser, openly admit it. :) I built it up for snow duty and the occasional trail, but also because I've always thought it looked a little too minivanish. I wanted the Silent Armor's specifically because they're one of only a few all-season tires that are also snow/severe service rated.

Never really understood lowering a truck or SUV. Why not just buy a car? I like driving over things, it's why I have one. :)

Looks good, how's it ride with the lift? Are the tires noisy or are they really 'silent'? What kind of ground clearance do you have now?

The ride is similar to stock, at least on the front. In the rear I'm now running springs from a Z71 Avalanche, which are MUCH stiffer (but awesome for load carrying). Now with JUST the lift on stock tires, it drove worse. The suspension naturally has a little "slop" in it, and with the lift on otherwise stock everything else this slop was magnified significantly. Now with 1.5" wheel spacers and 32's it drives like it used to, evened everything back out.

Tires are surprisingly quiet. Only slightly louder than the cheap as shit dealer installed HT-pseudo-AT tires that were on it. It's very mild mannered.

Ground clearance, I have no idea. :) About 3" more than stock, whatever that is.
