If a monopoly were established, I disagree with such a favorable tax rate being awarded. The "4th highest in the country" BS sounds great until you find out there are only 6-7 different rates. Pennsylvania's rate is 55%, Maryland is 66%. Yes Vegas is only 8% but they never wrote a monopoly into their constitution. Additionally, the plans call for a single story monstrosity that will resemble our neighbor's "Hollywood Casino". Look for pictures and prepare to be disappointed.
