06 crf 450r was about to sell it to buy a street bike but decided to keep it and make it street legal.

Warp 9 wheels

oversized front wave rotor

rear wave rotor

renthal fatty bars

polished frame

one industries sobe graphics

conti sport attacks

trail tech stator 70w

(to make legal)

buell front headlight

triumph taillight

going to have flush mount turn signals on tail

still not sure but might get handgaurds with intergrated turn signals

not yet stator wont be in until wednesday im going to get it wired up then inspected

funny thing is.. you dont have to get it inspected. i had a guy at work do the same thing as you.. he went and got some paper work filled it all out, and bam. went and got tags and registration. never had the bike inspected.

and he is a very very law obiding person, guess all they needed was some paper work filled out, stating you did convert it to street legal.

yeah im pretty sure all you need is a "change of body type" form from the DMV. when you fill out that form, you affirm that the bike has all the stuff it needs to be street legal.

yup. i forget what the title on the dirt bike says for body type... i think "off road", and all you do is change it to MC.

dude im telling u we get some 1" alum. flat bar bend it to make hand guards drill 6-8 holes in the front appoxy some l.e.d. bulbs in the holes and u have some sweet led turn signal hand guards for less then 15 bucks!
