Bam
I'm considering renting out my upstairs, since we never use it and the extra money would be nice....It's about a 20x15 room, with a regular closet and a walk in closet that's 6ft x 8ft. The house is in Bexley as well. Any input on what people have charged for a room/experiences, etc would be appreciated.
Snowflake
Ive rented rooms before in houses for between 80-120wk. Depending on certain things like if they would have private bath it would be closer to the higher number. You have a pretty good location going for you as well. evan9381
unless it was someone i knew, i dont think i could do it...not to a stranger. now, if it was a friend of mine and i knew they needed a place for a few months or whatever, sure
wnaplay1647545503
I may do it were an open floor plan and I had no kids or a wife living with me. I would then do it(if I had kids and a wife) if there was a seperate entrance and dividers between units. Wouldnt it be kinda weird having some stranger in your house passing you on the way to the shitter?
