Been working out with Gabe's (money$hifts) brother so i kinda strayed from my normal routine. But here is what i did today. Box squat on smith press 135x15 225x12 315x10 365x8 405x5 455x4 495x4 Deadlift (my first time in months- so was weak) 315x5 405x4 405x3 Leg press 500x15 770x15 870x10 1000x10 (the video is 1000-normal can do 150-200lbs more if i do before squats **there is two 100lb dumbbells and one 30lb dumbbell on top) Quad extension 175x15 175x12 superset with Hamstring curls 150x12 150x12 Donkey calf press Very slow reps with a hold at the top 400x20 400x20 http://i448.photobucket.com/albums/qq206/rawlins1087/th_legpress.jpg Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
