Trouble Maker
Hated that song from the first time I heard it. Kind of sad it's from Foo Fighters. Dave Grohl is a genius though.

SinisterSS
at first I didn't like the song, but the more I heard it the more I liked it, I now own the CD, and the CD also has an acoustic version of everlong on it
Mensan
It's difficult to see where he gets his influence. (I do like this song though)
Flybye
That song just drags on and is definitely one of the worst and most boring songs ever made by them..................(opinion)
Science Abuse
Dave Grohl is a genius though. He is the devil: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Jm3Zb-HSvo

Trouble Maker
He is the devil: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Jm3Zb-HSvo Is that why he can play so good? But that's pretty cool, didn't know that was Dave Grohl in the movie.
Patrick
Foo Fighters have gotten softer, and softer. Plus this song is on 24/7. Do not like.
TTQ B4U
I have found that discussions on music can be as heated as those on sexual preferences Kudos to you for voicing your opinion. Listening to their last couple albums now and meh....they are okay. Not my first choice, but I'm getting older and I use music to drown out screaming kids anymore
2 Sweet
It's difficult to see where he gets his influence. (I do like this song though) DUDE no way, I thought the exact same thing when I first heard it. Learning to Fly is one of my favorite songs
nurkvinny
Sounds like something from a band playing at a high school dance. Not horrible, just not memorable.
Mensan
Foo Fighters have gotten softer, and softer. , , and would like to argue with you. In fact, I always considered to be the first song by the Foo Fighters, since it's a Dave Grohl song too. Foo Fighters have always had a mellow side. Trouble Maker
Forgot about Walking After You, probably one of my favorite songs at one point in the past.

Have you listened to Them Crooked Vultures? And if so, what do you think about them? Dave Grohl, Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age), and John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin). It's an amazing line-up, and their first album is solid, although I'm expecting a lot more from them if/when they come out with another record. Trouble Maker
Have you listened to Them Crooked Vultures? Only New Fang because they play it on CD101, and I like it. I grew up listening to the blues from my Dad so I like the bluesy influence. Going to check out some other songs from them right now. Yeah, it's easy to expect a lot from them Dave Grohl, another player from Queens Of The Stoneage (very good band) and John Paul Jones... who doesn't like some Led Zephlin? Whoolly shit, was Josh Homme really in all of these great bands? Wiki just says 'associated', not sure what exactly they are implying by that. Queens of the Stone Age, Eagles of Death Metal, Screaming Trees, The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Them Crooked Vultures! Really wish I had more time to dive into music like I'd like to. Furloaf
When I first heard this song I thought it was one of Dave Grohl's side project bands because it was slightly different than regular Foo Fighters. Regardless I grew to like the song, though it is played too much.

Eagles of Death Metal was mainly him and another guy, although live shows had more people to cover all the parts. As for the rest of the bands, he probably just played on a track or two on some albums. Seems that he does quite a lot of guest stuff. Primera
Of those, he's technically only in QotSA and Them Crooked Vultures. He started Eagles of Death Metal with another guy but now only sometimes fills in on drums. Part of the new Arctic Monkeys album was recorded at Homme's studio. And the combo of Grohl and Homme on another album is great! You'll definitely like that album. DKilbourne
Everytime this comes on the radio at work, I turn it off. I really don't like it. It seems like the chorus is the whole damn song. That is why different people have different tastes in things, but this song makes me want to stab my ears.
