Mattsv8 Posted August 15, 2010 Report Share Posted August 15, 2010 hey guys i finally did it took about 8500 9000 rpm to do it but its dead. so now do i swap in the short block from the s10 and go turbo in the blazer? 8-71 blower and two e85 carbs with spray, or just a mild motor build and keep it a driver.? carnage pics later. Mattsv8 Posted August 18, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 18, 2010 yep orderd the first parts today. from JEGS.! srp turbo pistons 8.5:1 w 64cc heads. gona go with maybe a single 70mm for a while. but im really looking into twin 70s. just in case. will be blow through e85 750 from kevin at csu. and a th400 with brake. 3.73 gears for now. may be 3.23 down the road with new rear. will post pics as it progress. pluss all the carnage shots of the blown motor.
