Very nice for a cell phone. The only thing I noticed was the lighting wasn't there best, but the cell phone can't correct for that. Otherwise, it's great.

I think most newer cell phones deliver decent vids. I have a 3Gs and it's fine. The newest one does HD which makes it really cool, but not a sole reason to upgrade. All in ones are fun but not good enough to replace dedicated devices. Good for this stuff though.
