Has anyone had issues with it not saving your progress or cars purchased or mods done to cars? We've had that all happen to us

 

I can't find the cars that I have won and then took delivery of.

20 minute update I had to download today.... ONLY thing I noticed was the menu music changed, Jingle bells and other carols played elevator tune style. WTF.

Anyone else struggle for gold on dirt rally stages? I win by a large margin on the equivalent snow and tarmac courses with the same car, but on dirt, I struggle. Anyone else?

Just got it for christmas, was kinda miffed that it took about an hour of downloading and installing shit before I could actually play something. Overall I'm kind of meh on the whole thing, its beautiful for sure, but I dont think i'll be dropping the cash on a wheel. probably just be a game that I use to break up the time playing black ops

I do. I'm not so sure the answer will so simple, either, being that I seem to excell in the snow and the tarmac. You would think if I were so good in the snow, dirt wouldn't be an issue. Hell, in real life, I grew up learning most of my driving on dirt roads. I guess I'm curious if anyone else has a noticable discrepancy in their results between the 3 rally styles.

 

Also, I hate the damn slalom license tests.

 

Btw, I do use the controller with assists all off except ABS - 1.

That's where I have my settings. I will have to check how I did with the rally stuff and get back to you. If I remember correctly I was having issues with the dirt as well. Had to get the rotation with the audi quattro and other "slower" cars than the evo's and Sti's to be able to win.
