Draco-REX
Here it is! 1991 Ford E-350 based Ambulance. Comes with everything but the Stinger, including a fridge and mini microwave. http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5065/5697260467_5d7575f5d1_b.jpg http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5263/5697836316_9a9f5814af_b.jpg http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2704/5697837248_8622c34531_b.jpg I forgot to take pics of the inside, I'll get around to them eventually. nurkvinny
Cool. I assume it's been a tow vehicle for a while?

Draco-REX
Previous owner supposedly used it to haul his band around. I'll be the first to use it as a tow vehicle. Now I just need to get a trailer.
Linn1647545492
I wonder how many people died inside of that ambulance?
nurkvinny
I wonder how many people died inside of that ambulance? That was my first thought, but decided to be nice. I figure that thought already passed through his mind.
Draco-REX
That was my first thought, but decided to be nice. I figure that thought already passed through his mind. Yeah, my friends were wondering the same thing. I'm sure it's saved a lot more than it didn't.
Draco-REX
Oh, and since I name all my cars, this one has been dubbed "Tug"
Draco-REX
Triple: I think I'm going to get it a set of obscenely large mudflaps to match the ones on the WRX.

Draco-REX
How did you decide to get an ambulance over an older camper? Saw it on the lot and thought it'd be perfect. Also, $3K.

Draco-REX
Needs more low and turbo. Maybe when the engine/transmission dies. Dunno about low, but a turbo diesel would be really nice. Very unique! How's it ride? Rides really well. There's a vibration at 65mph and the left front tire is zebra-striped, so I think the wheel needs to be balanced, and I may need to do front shocks. kick ass!! Is the O2 and suction still working? and what is the max lbs it can tow? O2 tube is still there, haven't tried the vacuum pump yet. As for towing capacity, I'm not sure. But it's a 1-ton frame with dualies and the hitch receiver is welded to some square stock that looks like it's used for bridges. So I'm sure it could tow a sub-3000lb car on a trailer. Found a possible trailer on CL.. Just waiting to see if it's still available and if it's wide enough for a car. I'm going to see if he'll let me roll the WRX up on it before I buy it. Draco-REX
Where do you keep that thing? I'm storing it (and soon the trailer and WRX as well) at a friend's shop for a small fee. do the lights work??? i just wanna see them all light up lol Everything should work. We got the siren working, but I haven't figured out the lights yet. I might mess around with it tomorrow and see what I can get figured out. mjrsplat
so you paid 3k for a vehicle people have died in. should have bought this. cheaper, and the people were already dead, so no finding blood under the carpet.

Apparently it was the "Jambulance" for Bullet Jones. http://a1.l3-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/76/d8474ffb53143ce14ae72f190813a223/l.jpg So, it's possible that while lives were lost in it, some may have been created as well.
