The internet in 1995

It is amazing how far the internet has gone in a few short years...

I was in college at OSU and remember when getting an email address was a new thing. 14.4k Modem (2400 baud) FTW. I remember upgrading to a 28.8k Modem (3200 baud) too. I think my first provider back in the early to mid 90's was Infinet.

I had this one and was in heaven. I think it was buried in a box in my basement until just a couple years ago.

We had that modem, except it was blue I think, not purple.

I was rocking my Packard Bell with a Pentium 75mhz cpu, and a "HUGE" 1gb HDD and 16mb of EDO memory. I never thought i'd ever run out of hdd space. I also remember messing around and ripping a cd to mp3s and wonder why would anyone want to do this.?
