I remember logging onto the internet mostly from the school library until I got my first laptop freshman year in college. It is amazing how far the internet has gone in a few short years... nurkvinny
1994. Friend's house. Never been "on-line". Inserted magic CD into CD-Rom. Few clicks later... women doing dogs. It's really been downhill since that day.
TTQ B4U
It is amazing how far the internet has gone in a few short years... I was in college at OSU and remember when getting an email address was a new thing. 14.4k Modem (2400 baud) FTW. I remember upgrading to a 28.8k Modem (3200 baud) too. I think my first provider back in the early to mid 90's was Infinet. I had this one and was in heaven. I think it was buried in a box in my basement until just a couple years ago. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/38/Fax_modem_antigo.jpg http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Fax_modem_antigo.jpg

I never thought i'd ever run out of hdd space. I also remember messing around and ripping a cd to mp3s and wonder why would anyone want to do this.?
