STEVE-O
Gl man its tough right now with all the short sales going on people are taking over a 50 percent loss on their homes its rough
Nitrousbird
Yes, assholes that won't pay their bills and bought homes they couldn't afford are hurting the market for everyone. The price I am asking is in line with what the home next door that is similar sold for 4 months ago. This is why I am doing a lease option as well. Nitrousbird
That's Reynoldsburg taxes, assesed @ $117,000. Would be slightly lower if I had the city come out and re-do the home value as it will never sell for 117k.
smokin5s
I was wondering if you ever sold that place. Good luck with the sale!
Nitrousbird
Still up for grabs. I posted it up on Craigslist with one person slightly interested in purchasing, and several interested in the lease option.
