I am looking for a nice reflective surface. Notice how the light has gotten clearer in the last picture. Any input? also i did some planting and mulching out front. I've used the commercial RV/Siding Cleaners. It's pricey but it works. Thankfully only one side of our house needs it. I use it in combination with a power washer and it worked like a charm. My side that gets it faces our deck, so I would suggest just verifying it's safe for landscaping. Otherwise have you tried just simply a power washer?
