First 8 second 2011 5.0 mustang is for sale.

I was just looking at mustangs forsale on RJ when I stumbled upon this. $59k is a great price. 8.89@148mph

 

One thing I noticed from the pictures, says it is certified to 8.50 but only has a 6pt roll bar and no window net.

I know there used to be a rule about an unaltered floor and firewall that allowed you to get away with less bars but I thought you at least had to have a 10 point.
