2012 Kia Optima SX

274HP/269ft lbs of torque 2.0l turbo, 6spd auto w/ paddle shifters

Should easily average 30mpg

Leather/heated front and rear seat/cooled front seats

Power EVERYTHING!

Panoramic roof

Navigation

Push button start

HID Headlights and LED taillights

Sexy as Hell and fun to drive IMO....and lots of looks and compliments when driving

These things seriously have a long as list of options and are comparable to many of the higher end cars and getting better ratings than some. All can be had for around $30k and then you even get some great warranties that will out last the length of your loan.

Not a bad choice!

Any incentives on them right now? End up around $52k...

Their idea of an incentive is, "Buy this before someone else does!".

The only incentive going on is a small perk on a lease (first payment/security deposit kind of thing). It's up on the Audi website.

I think I 'stickered' a shade over $56k and then knocked a few k off in negotiations. You can completely load up an S4 and I think end up at $60k.

It is BY FAR the absolute best bang for your buck. I have many previous Lexus/BMW/Audi/Mercedes owners who would gladly give you their input or recommendation on these things. We see a lot of people picking these things up as company vehicles who had higher end cars in the past and they all love them.

PS: The car has already been bought.

Please remove KIA suggestions ASAP.

PS: Seeing as you work for a Kia dealership, well nevermind.

:dumb:

:gabe: I won't push what I sell on everyone because myself and many others would prefer something else. I just seen the title and thought the Optima SX was the perfect car for $30k NEW. If it didn't have the be new and that was the spending limit I would definitely buy different!

PS: Chuck.

Do not perform the "baby it" break in.

Beat the HELL out of the car...

Covered. Totally. I cannot believe they still write that kind of crap into owners manuals. "Limit to 65% operation for first 1000 miles...." :lolguy:

If it is dry tonight I may go out and play with the launch control. :masturboy:

Good man!

People who baby the cars get oil consumption issues.

Lots of hard acceleration and engine braking (use the paddles for funsies!) for the first 1000 miles. That's really the only "break in" it needs. The rev matched downshifts are too much fun anyway.

Everyone who did the "take it easy route" bitches later when they need to add oil between oil changes.

Negatory,

We are talking DSG you phaggo, not their "rev matched 6mt".

DSG is always rev-matched...

Seeing as DSG pre-dates Nissan's phaggytime effort, you lose once again, just like your old car.

No, YOU lose for not catching the sarcasm.

Fucking nissan...youseriousbro?

Needs MOAR CLUTCH...

Until then, 40 rolls against the Burgundy Blunder Coupe? :gabe:

(Limited to 4500 RPM until fuel pump upgrade occurs... :fa:)

It would be cool to see they do against each other. B5 likes 40 rolls, and so does the clutch. You have all winter to get a fuel pump.
