There are a couple free lance dudes in town that do amazing work, only problem is getting a time scheduled that isn't months out. I prefer matty b at thrill vulture. All look great and are very happy with the work. I sat in on one session for my friends 1/4 sleeve and was really impressed with the work done. People have different ideas what "good" is. Find an artist that does stuff you like and have him/her do you up. This thread can go on forever with people giving advice on who and where they like to go. For the most part, any reputable tattoo shop will give you good results.
