OneRunnin72SST
Was out looking at homes in Plain City today. We like the area. This is located south west of town. -Erik
OneRunnin72SST
Bump. We met with a builder tonight and the wife is on me to move this thing. Interest rates are still low. -Erik
AngryBMW
We are asking $215,000. Be advised that due to the rural setting of this house it is eligible for a Rural Development loan. This means the home can be purchased with nearly 0 money down and no PMI. Total payment (taxes and insurance included) on $215,000 would be about $1250/month. Beautiful home at a great price! Being eligible for a rural debelopment loan is a HUGE plus for someone looking to buy. I believe rural development requires a minimum of 5 acres... we've tried a few times and because we have 3.5 acres they won't do squat for us. Absolutely not true. There is no acreage requirement for RD. Bump. We met with a builder tonight and the wife is on me to move this thing. Interest rates are still low. RD rates are super low. If you know someone needing a pre-approval or wanting to see some numbers please pass along my information. -Marc
OneRunnin72SST
Marc, I will definitely take you up on that. I posted it on Craigslist and will be referring people to you if I get any action. -Erik
DKilbourne
Damn it. If this was up last summer I would have been in!! Just bought a place in Hilliard in August. We wanted acreage, but couldn't find that with a nice enough house. Damn.

OneRunnin72SST
I added a couple few more pictures of the living area, upstairs, front porch, and outside. Zero money down and since I am not using a realtor I can really help with closing costs. http://i473.photobucket.com/albums/rr94/OneRunnin72SST/IMAG0084.jpg http://i473.photobucket.com/albums/rr94/OneRunnin72SST/IMAG0085.jpg http://i473.photobucket.com/albums/rr94/OneRunnin72SST/IMAG0086.jpg http://i473.photobucket.com/albums/rr94/OneRunnin72SST/IMAG0078.jpg http://i473.photobucket.com/albums/rr94/OneRunnin72SST/IMAG0087.jpg http://i473.photobucket.com/albums/rr94/OneRunnin72SST/IMAG0079.jpg http://i473.photobucket.com/albums/rr94/OneRunnin72SST/IMAG0080.jpg -Erik

kshymkiw83
For those interested in USDA Rural Loans, there is an Income Maximum per family for those loans, which you can check your eligibility at the below site: http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do I think for Madison county it is ~75k for 3% down, and 40k for 0 down. I have one now and I'm not really sure what he's done for me other than provide an MLS number an ad that's not as good as the one I made for myself...
