Smokey
They look great, but are they realy as difficult to work on as i hear? not difficult to work on, but money and time intensive. If it's your only car stay FAR AWAY! They can be made plenty reliable, but the maintenance/running costs will make the car undesireable for DD. Plus it's the least utilitarian car listed. If it'll be a weekend/fun car, then it's worth considering buying a nice one (think more in the $15K+ range, don't look at the ones under $10K) as long as you're not going to always try to get 500whp out of it. NEORedLS1
-Hesitant to say Evo, heard clutches are a pain in the ass and $$$. -Supra, looking at the big bucks. But bad ass if you do it right. -Mustangs: only the 03 Cobra and nothing else. -Honda's... No. -RX-7, don't know anything about rotary either. But work well with LS1's :dumb: -Eclipse...Paul Walker. Best advice, test drive a select few of them. Find out which car you're most comfortable driving in. That's why I've stuck to F-Bodies, hard to fit my big ass in much else. Also wouldn't be a bad idea to price insurance, mods, car payments, ect. Just to get a feel.
EssFo
I really enjoyed my Whippled Terminator. Having said that I say Rx7 as long as it's swapped.
RC K9
Eclipse or Evo. Inexpensive, good $ to HP ratio, easy to work on, lots of aftermarket support, and super fun to drive.
Cordell
Eclipse or Evo. Inexpensive, good $ to HP ratio, easy to work on, lots of aftermarket support, and super fun to drive. You must not have very high standards for fun to drive, I've driven a few Eclipse's. Blah.:dumb:

shiny
Realize this isn't in your list, but... What about MR2s? Cheap, fun, easy to mod for power gains (mk2 turbo)
Crossle
STi, 93+RX7, S2K, MKIV Supra STi, good power, practical 93+RX7 - great power, odd, really comfortable to drive S2K - One of my favorite gear boxes, fun turn car, not enough power. MKIV Supra - Comfortable ride, great power, meh on the handling side for me.
SPL_Josh
Why have the bullit on the list but not the mach1? I would choose 1 Terminator 2 Mach1 3 supra 4 350z 5 Evo

Hahn
Why have the bullit on the list but not the mach1? I would choose 1 Terminator 2 Mach1 3 supra 4 350z 5 Evo I just realized i said Bullit when i meant to say Mach 1. Thats why the earlier comment about only being available in 01 sounded wierd. Thanks for pointing that out.

2highpsi
I've owned about every car on that list, except for a Supra (which I wouldn't mind picking up) The Cobra and the Evo are hands down the best two.... but the advantage goes to the Cobra
trix-storm
There is an odd and common ownership with RX7's owners and them having Subaru's also. If the RX7 is going to be the only car you have, do not get an RX7. That's weird and true. My friend has a LSx swapped FD and a bad ass STI. O and EVO for. Maybe because I own one lol Why have the bullit on the list but not the mach1? I would choose 1 Terminator 2 Mach1 3 supra 4 350z 5 Evo Curious as to why a 350z over a Evo...Unless your just going for looks.
