Sturg1647545502
I'm installing a air/fuel gauge set up on the 'tard. Whats a good gauge brand on the cheap? It'll probably have to be digital but that's about it
Cordell
AEM can be had cheap, should work well but I've never had one. I've always had good luck with the Innovate stuff, it is costs a little more but is easily incorperated into other aftermarket tuning hardware. I'd buy one of those for a wideband. schmuckingham
Had an Innovate in the Lightning, took a crap within a month ( the controller) so I switched to a AEM unit and it was still kicking the day I sold it years later.
Alex L.
I assume you're talking about wideband gauges. I've had good luck with both AEM and Innovate systems. It's a little more expensive, but I've been using a first gen FJO setup in the Supra with an NTK sensor.
Ef8sirJunkie
Innovate MTX-L is a good entry level wideband. I have had PLX and Innovate products both very good but innovate seems to be better supported and the refresh rate is very close to a motec ntk unit. you will not get any better then a ntk wideband but a $60 bosch replacement is easier then $500 ntk. and people have seen 5 years on a bosch i personally have a plx (bosch) in my car thats been in there for almost 3 years. plx is also self calibrating on startup. O i have used many Aem and i dispise everyone i use. not bad if your looking at a gauge but if you hook up to an ecu to log over good luck. i have done so many know i have requirements for people who use them just so i can log with it. I'd go innovate myself, I've been through two AEM's and both were garbage.
