I will say this: the mustang interior is an absolute let down and ruins the car. Also, you find me a ctsv at that price with mileage below 50k and I'll be all over it! That'd be my choice, then buy a $1000 beater for winter when the time comes. Drop the budget to $20k and an Evo or STi would be my choice most likely.
