Dude, this truck takes a dump on cleetus. cleetus is some shitty ol straight 6 2x4 shittruck. You got dat dere old tough cheby v8 4x4.

Werd. LOL. Don't tell Clay. I may need to stay on his good side for parts info and such. :)

Buddy of mine has the full time 4x4 and it is retarded bad on gas, I forsee a transfer case swap in the future.

Yup. DD gets ~28+ MPG though, so it's not a huge issue. Wanted a 4x4 with power, somewhat classic, and something that could double as a "bug out vehicle" (aka haul and crawl) if need be. Killed 3 birds with one stone with no cash out of pocket.

And yes, MANY things will change in the future.

good trade.

I thought so. Dude seemed stoked to get the Dak out of the deal. Dunno why...

Mmhmm. Not a bad way to go for my first ever Cheby.

Yeah.... I loved my Dak, but you won out on that trade....

KillJoy

I loved that crappy little truck. Drove the tar out of it and (once I replaced the fuel pump and rebuilt the tranny) had zero probs. Not bad really. I feel I won out too. Needs work, but so did the dakota, and if I'm going to restore something it's gonna be a classic, not a 97 RWD V6 dakota.

Bathed in red lens flare, it's truly resplendent. I think I can hear angels singing faintly in the background.

Congrats on getting another fun vee-hickal.

LOL. Thanks Doc. Phone pics and the setting sun in the country. I decided to post it anyway. I like it. Haha.

:fuckyeah: You know I'm a fan!

Why not historical plates? $27 and renewable in 2050! :)

Cheaper to transfer. Will get historical on next b-day....which in hindsight shows me it would've been cheaper to get historical tags right off the bat. DOH!

AMERICA! AMERICA!

He's being prepared for Ohio weather: 80s and sunny one minute, upper 30s and snow fall the next.
