MAC keeps sending district reps out to survey the area, but won't send a stinkin truck down to us even though one stops at Byers Circle not 1 mile from us. Thanks! We ended up contacting Matco tools, and they had us ship our tools into them. And they sent us new ones. At my new job we don't get tool guys anymore, and I have snap on tools that need fixed/ replaced. So I need to call my old snap on guy up and see if he will replace them. Jeff Pickard is my my Snap On rep and he stops by every Friday. I work a one person shop and I don't buy too much stuff but he always stops by to see if I need anything anyway. Perhaps you could ask Ken to give me a call since he doesn't answer when I call or call me back when I leave messages. I've tried to meet him somewhere on his route several times with out any luck. I've had to leave broken tools at random shops just to get stuff replaced but I really don't like doing that for obvious reasons. I need a GRBLM1313 and a GRBLM0808 ratchet wrenches.
