It's AMAZING the amount of "hidden" damage they can find on a car when it's in that magic 7-15 year range...where they aren't new, but aren't a "Collector" car yet. I've always run into that 80% number, and 2 of my cars came out at right around 70% until the company switched to more expensive OEM parts...generics WERE available for cheaper, and were originally spec'd in the estimate.
