starkmaster03 Posted November 8, 2012 Report Share Posted November 8, 2012 F-150's do that a lot when the ball joints are try because they don't have grease fittings. I'd say it's a much better chance at being a ball joint if it is doing it when shaking the car. If they do not have grease fitting, they make a needle to inject grease. I think my 99 Accord was getting squeak from something in the struts at some point (they were completely dead for a while), but that was probably north of 170k (I think it's around 220k now). I only commented because the question was asked why would you turn your rear wheels. I was certain that I remember doing an alignment on a 1997 way back in '97 and that is how I knew about them.
