A while back i thought about going there to do collections and was told by numerous people it was all hourly and no incentive/bonus there. But you do get a decent lease deal working there. Do they promote people or is there room for advancement if you do start out as a CSR? Do they hire temps on full time? What would be the starting pay for a CSR? Do they offer car discounts to temps or how long do you have to work there to get the discount? Thanks if you are able to answer any of these questions.
