The mags were in the box when it was shipped. I been a member for 5 years with 100% feedback.

Why would I risk it for mags? Something happen to the box from the timed it shipped.

First off, that sucks.

Open a dispute with PayPal. I don't know if it will help, but it can't hurt.

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/security/buyer-protection-resolution

Read through the EE essentials link on AR15.com at the top of the EE HERE

You might find your answer in there but I would believe AR15.COM can't do anything but ban the seller.

Sucks that people are taking advantage of the current situation, but you shouldn't be paying $30 for PMAGS anyway. There are tons of places to get them, you just have to be patient. Watch the AIMSURPLUS forum in the evenings. They always post what is going up on sale the second it does, and they don't start posting the good stuff until about 6 or 7pm. They have put up numerous 30 round mags already this week between C-Products and Lancer. Last week was Troy and PMAG.

I would file the dispute with PayPal. Just empty out your account first. You're not supposed to be using them for firearm related sales so they may block your account. They'll block his too and hold any funds in it. At least he can't spend your money this way and you may get your money back.

he is replying now and saying he shipped mags. replying to both email and ar15. I paid for insurance, is this covered? is it possible that ups fucked us? I also paid using a cc thru paypal, so i assume i can cancel it.

You should be able to cancel this with your CC, or at least hold it.

I highly doubt UPS messed you up on this one. I would take action with PayPal and your CC company. I know that Citi would take care of this type of thing and get your funds back to you.

PayPal will close his account if you report that he is using them for selling firearm stuff.

Sounds like the seller screwed you and is delaying you from filing with PP so he can get his funds. Or... someone got a hold of his account and is posting on his behalf.

I had some mags get lost in the mail recently by USPS. The company took care of it though. Good luck getting this worked out.

Damn that is fucked up Chris.

If i were you id find this guys address (easier than you might think) and go get my mags. UPS didn't fuck this up.

Fuck theives/crooks.

This is very easy to do...

Getting ahold of AR15.com would be my first action then a big thread on how much you got screwed.
