First time to the shop and it was awesome. Tire job was done promptly and everyone was great to work with. What's even better was the cabin filter got replaced. Not a big deal, you say? Well, considering the van has nearly 52xxx miles on it AND ROUSH HONDA NEVER FUCKING NOTICED IT (despite the $$$extended service contract$$$ I had with them)....yes, I would consider the extra service check a very good thing!
