Das Borgen Posted February 24, 2013 Report Share Posted February 24, 2013 My beloved family dog Poco (as in Spanish for "a little bit") went to heaven this past week. Poco was anything but poco. http://img.gawkerassets.com/img/18fnj9p12z32gjpg/ku-xlarge.jpg Poco fell asleep and never woke up on Tuesday night. He was 10 years old and had been living with cancer for over 4 years, a cancer to which he finally and pretty much suddenly succumbed to. His tail was never docked. He lost part of it in the Haitian earthquake of 2010 when it was crushed. The fighting spirit in his half German Shepherd and half Rottweiler self made him survive. You can see his coat and color are all Shepherd and the size of his head and paws is all Rottweiler. He was a very tough and formidable guard dog who LOVED licking his loved ones' faces.
