Are you running any sort of filter/mesh for it? Wouldn't trust the elements, or ricers at HD putting things in there that shouldn't be in contact with a turbo...

This car will seriously not be making many if any appearances at Home depot unless I trailer it. I only have a 8 gallon tank on it and I live 45 mins away from there. Its basically gonna be mostly track in the 275 class. Im gonna have my ass handed to me all the time but it will be fun to at least run in a class other then true street.

This is what happens to Turbo II outer cv's

I have this kit now but all that did was move the weak link to the ring gear.

So i had this installed and will adapt to my driveshaft shop axles.

Ronin speedworks sells a nice kit for the 8.8 that uses the explorer housing.

I got nothing to hide so lemme know what you wanna know and maybe I can help you.

You doing the wiring yourself? If so I will have some questions down the road. Otherwise I'm in pretty good shape as far as knowing what I'm doing, just need to buy some more stuff then I will start a build thread and such.
