Storage sales opportunity

Posting for a friend who owns a recruiting firm that specializes in Sales, Engineering and Management talent in the storage/software industry. He's very legit and his clients are typically very solid.

We're currently partnering with a successful Pre-IPO storage manufacturer that is through the startup phase. Their revenue stream is doubling year over year, and they are targeting a potential IPO in 2014. The company has established themselves as a market leader in their niche, which focuses on storage for the physical security and video surveillance markets. Their success in this space laid the groundwork for a new division focusing on virtualization, specifically VDI. They have been recognized as the first and only organization to provide a packaged VMware View solution that not only simplifies storage, but eliminates it as a VDI obstacle.

 

With an IPO event on the horizon, many exciting changes are taking place within the organization. We recently placed their first VP/GM of Global Services that is building out their CS & PS organization. Coinciding with this growth, the company is strengthening its commercial and federal sales teams, hiring an AE in MI/OH. These folks will be challenged with targeting a set of customers in both the surveillance and IT markets. Naturally there will also be a career path for upward mobility as they continue to scale the organization in the future. The role will be paid a lucrative base salary and commissions w/ uncapped earnings, along with an attractive Pre-IPO equity package. Their top sales rep made over $500k last year.
