The good:

- Working AC

- 116k miles. Clutch grabs fine and no grinds in transmission

- Non-smoker

- Clean interior

- Power locks, windows, etc

- Pioneer mp3 head with 4 ~220watt speakers

- Carbon fiber hood with working locks

- KYB AGX shocks with H&R sport springs

- Enkei wheels

- Air intake w/ AEM filter, 4-1 exhaust manifold, stock exhaust (quiet)

- Water pump and timing belt replaced at 100k miles

- Distributor, ignition wires, fuel pump, starter, main fuel relay, radiator all replaced 10k miles ago

- Rear brake lines replaced with new 500 miles ago

 

The bad:

- Rust on passenger quarter panel and some spots on driver's side

- Paint needs buffed and/or repainted in some spots

- Needs new brake rotors

- Rear window has "JDM fog" tint. I removed tint layer and part of glue layer but some remains

- Sun roof does not retract. Needs the clutch reset or motor replaced

- Some suspension squeaks

- Camber may need adjusted

- Passenger's side key does not work, but the handle does.

 

Reason for selling:

- I don't have time to work on it any more due to family issues and new employment. The car runs fine and would be nice for track days.

 

Additional notes:

- Car had front core support professionally replaced 20k miles ago

 

Price: $2500 OBO

Asked Sean about the title and Carfax, here is his reply,

 

Yes, I own the car outright and it is not a salvage title. The carfax will display a collision ~5 years or so ago when the car was hit in the front. The front core support had to be replaced and was done professionally... all the headlights sit normal, the hood closes, and no alignment issues.

 

 

If I had the extra cash or less projects going on, this would be in my driveway and not on here. I'm just hoping to help Sean find a good home for it.

so not a rebuilt or salvage title but will hit autocheck and carfax as major accident. Still a good deal and a great driver. will pass along to some people at work. glws
