Antilagmike Posted February 8, 2014 Report Share Posted February 8, 2014 Hello everyone, My name is Mike and I'm a Engineering student at OSU and I do a lot of track driving in my free time. I currently drive a granny gold 2001 VW Gti VR6 with moderate upgrades. It's a pig in a straight line (did a 16.232 at National Trail last year) but it holds up fairly well in the corners (1:55 at Mid Ohio) and with some proper tires im hoping to see a spec Miata type time. It is a stock motor with 185k, some moderate suspension upgrades from the .:R32 and I just installed upgraded big brake OEM brakes all round this past week. About 3 months ago I was the owner of a 2003 Mini Cooper S as well, but after a trip to Putnam Park and some long road trips, I decided it wasn't for me. I was recommended to this site by user 'greg'. I met him at one of the PCA Mid ohio events and have done some other events with him in his teg and one Chumpcar event. I'm hoping to see what the Columbus community has to offer and see what I can contribute.
