I thought Jones had jinxed me with his talk of pad noise. About 3/4 of the way home I pulled into a parking lot to check. Luckily there was a speed bump at the entrance. When I went over it I heard a CREEEK! "Wtf? Is my strut messed up? Wait... I know that noise!!" Front right lug nuts were loose. Snugged them up, and disaster averted. Whew! I hope to make it out to more AutoX events, but it's tough working them into my schedule. I want to make it to at least one SCCA AutoX, and I hear the UFO events are pretty cool too.
