Stretch
Have a new lift for my Wrangler. Would prefer to do it myself but finding the time and a space to do it is killing me. Anybody recommend any shops around Columbus that would do it? I already contacted Trails West but am looking for other estimates. I have all the parts, just need labor. gillbot
Is it just the spacer/spring setup? If so its uber easy and you should do it yourself. I did mine in my crappy garage with hand tools.
Mitch
did you call trail quest on industrial parkway? I think they are doing installs now. I'd be glad to give you a hand if you want to try it yourself.
Geeto67
+1 for trail quest in plain city. They did my transfer case on my YJ earlier and it was top notch. I'm always amazed at what comes out if that shop, mostly TJ and JK lifts, though I did get to see him do a yj lift recently and was blown away. Tell Stephan that Kerry with the green YJ sent ya. Rocky31186
Did you get Adjustable lower control arms with it? I installed one of these kits and it would ride like shit until he bought the lower control arms.

I'll look into it
Mitch
do you have a small lift on it now? might be interested in it if you are replacing it. Here's their website with contact info. They haven't changed their website since the start of cyberspace, though. http://www.trailquest.com/

Just added the 33s which will probably get replaced by 35s shortly.
Geeto67
Physically go to the shop and ask for Stephan, and then inspect some of the other work they got going on. It's a big shop by my standards but maybe a medium sized shop by ohio standards. It's a family business too as I think his mother is the parts person. I've always gotten great advice from them even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear (he's always telling me to sell my yj and buy a TJ). I find it way easier to talk to him in person than on the phone (he's always answered the phone, he's just a man of few words) plus he can give you a better estimate if he can see what you are working with.
